Python 3.12 CLI that turns a layered list of categories into an organized image collection — six providers with automatic failover, up to 12 concurrent async downloads, perceptual de-duplication, and a re-encode-everything security pipeline. Zero API keys, 100% local; ships with a FastAPI web UI and Docker. 110 passing tests, fully offline.
